We invite you to explore the journey of yoga under the guidance of master teacher Neva Ingalls. Learn to fuse breath body and mind awareness and ride the edges of physical challenge and deep release. Neva will encourage you to explore new frontiers, safely, with compassion humor and wisdom gained through 30 years of teaching yoga and other body awareness systems. Benefits include:

Yoga Basics

This workshop will introduce the basics of simple yoga postures and breathing that will suit everyone regardless of age, experience and level of fitness. This class is specially designed for beginners but can also serve students who want to go back to basics for a refreshing look into their yoga practice.

Developing a regular yoga practice can give you a profound sense of well being along with physical strength, agility, and flexibility in your body and mind.  Learn what yoga can do for you!

This workshop is designed for those who often feel low back discomfort, tight hamstrings, fatigue in the trunk of the body after a long day.  This relates to your core strength.  Lack of strength leads to tight hamstrings, weak hips, muscular back pain and the "spare tire".

Using the Kane School's philosophy, we will approach waking up the core through subtle repetitive movements and techniques used to restore the body's core strength and balance.  This workshop will be excellent for athletes as well as desk jockeys who want to get back in shape and those who have no known cause for discomfort or fatigue.  Open to all ages.
