Visiting Tuscany And The Olive Oil Tasting

We sampled 3 different types of olive oil.  Two were blended and either had no taste or were bitter, but two had a sweet spicy taste that left you wanting more.  The difference was the label on the bottles that said IGP, or DOP.  These certificates verify that the quality and origin for a product endorsed from Europe.
